Role Summary/Purpose: The role involves providing high quality customer service to the credit card customers via phones while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities : Be available as per the schedule to take calls from the customers based out of US Resolve customer queries and concerns through phones with highest quality Ensure quick and effective service is provided to the customers following required guidelines and policies Provide customers with necessary product and service information Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve them
